FROM TRIATHLON PODIUMS TO CORPORATE SUCCESS: HOW BREWYD IS REDEFINING HIGH PERFORMANCE

BREWYD (Break Records Even When You’re Down), backed  by Australian businessman Warren Anderson, pioneers a groundbreaking methodology aimed at elevating human performance across sports, business, and life. By leveraging innovative coaching techniques combining sports science and neuroscience, BREWYD is dedicated to unleashing the inherent potential within individuals and nurturing a culture of excellence.

Luke Willian, a non-categorised triathlete applying the innovative BREWYD methodology, has recently secured bronze in the World Triathlon Championship Series in Yokohama and clinched a coveted spot to represent Australia in the upcoming Paris Olympics.

After narrowly missing out on the opportunity to represent Australia in Tokyo, Willian set his sights on the Paris Olympics, making it his ultimate dream for 2024. His perseverance and dedication have paid off, positioning him to compete alongside fellow Australian triathlete Matt Hauser, elevating Australia's medal prospects in male triathlon.

Willian's journey exemplifies BREWYD's commitment to providing talented individuals access to top-tier coaching, programs, and support networks, transcending financial barriers.

BREWYD researches how sports science is  applied to businesses to develop a coaching system for human improvement across life, business and sport. BREWYD programs allow companies to build high performance teams and through the revenue generated from these companies, indirectly support up and coming elite athletes that would broaden the success of Australians in international sport.

Australia had major limitations in sports funding models and a huge pool of talented individuals are leaving sport as a result or not realising their full potential.

Warwick Dalziel, now a three time Olympic coach, commented “Working through the BREWYD program, my key learnings as Luke’s coach were how to teach discipline, prioritise areas to improve and continually evaluate the progress.  The importance of narrowing focus upon a single skill before targeting the next and keeping it simple, really allowed us to quickly see progress.  One thing that both Luke and I will take beyond our sporting lives, is understanding our values and living them. It's essential for a high performance mindset”.

Warren Anderson said, "Luke's success epitomises BREWYD's purpose - ensuring talented individuals have access to world-class coaching, programs, and support networks without being hindered by financial constraints."

"Our purpose is to uncover and accelerate sustainable high performance. It drives us in our work with organisations and with our athletes. Working with BREWYD, you’re creating champion organisations, champion athletes, and champion people.”

“BREWYD creates a reciprocal mentoring relationship between athletes and corporate Australia to create inspiration for their workforce but also tangible networks and skills for the athlete to take into post competition life. This means organisations aren’t just helping to create champion athletes, they’re creating champion people too.”

“We want to ensure that a lack of funding is never a limitation for athletes who are aiming for the top. A percentage of BREWYD’s revenue is invested into changing the funding model of elite sports, so we can see more elite athletes like Luke Willian up on the podium,” said Mr Anderson.

Renowned athlete and BREWYD advocate, Craig Alexander OAM, hailed the model as a game-changer in sports funding, emphasising its innovative approach to connecting corporate Australia with future champions.

“Building Olympic and World Champions takes years upon years of dedicated work. Athletes need help long before they come close to major selections and they need that help to continue when they’ve had a bad result, get sick or injured too.”

"The BREWYD model is a fresh, new way of connecting corporate Australia to our future champions. It creates reciprocal mentoring relationships between athletes and corporate Australia, fostering inspiration for the workforce while providing tangible networks and skills for athletes to navigate post-competition life."

“In my nearly three decades of involvement in high level sport, it is the most innovative sports funding model that I have ever seen and it’s completely changing  the way we look at the model here in Australia. The BREWYD model is a fresh, new way of connecting corporate Australia to our future champions,” said Mr Alexander OAM.
