Change an athlete too quickly you injure the athlete. Change an organisation too quickly you injure the organisation.
Sustainable change comes from placing your people at the centre. Knowing how they learn, what it takes to embed new ways of working and prioritising their health and their family.
So what is it about sport and athletes that intrigues business so much? What makes organisations engage sporting leaders to work with their teams? Great stories are... great, but it's rare the athlete's wisdom is implemented.
